A large house of Toledano Style, distributed around the classic hoisted patio with barbecue, children area, warehouse etc…

Two plants that add 550m2 they welcome the different dependencies from the house.

In the ground floor a great chimney presides over the 80m2 of dining room, where we have created different atmospheres so that the children and the older enjoy in the same space. Plenty of recreational games, in a special zone for children, tables to play cards, library for customers users, English books, a place in front of the chimney with comfortable leather armchairs and a hungry hall with double height, with show windows where you can see the patio.

Next to it you can find a pretty and extensive rural kitchen with all you’ll need and the necessary materials to cook, as well as a large collection of antique artifacts. All units on the ground floor (Hall, Dining Room, Kitchen, Warehouse etc..has direct access to the patio, totally independent, furniture with benches, stalls and former large table for celebrations. The Patio has overcast places that gives you guaranteed, along with the leafy shadow during the summer.

The first floor distributed rooms though a broker with large windows. It screened a very warm light in any time of the day, and that invite you to relax or to read in their comfortable benches.

Five bedrooms with different style:

The medieval and it bed with canopy, bunkers, seats, old ceramics transported us to another area.

The contemporaneous with popular polychrome furniture and a hand-painted beds done by the owner, get a very rural environment and elegant at the same time.

The Castilian has 45m2, with antique furniture and seating area with a desk, the collection of prints, it enormous dressing room with separate bathroom...

The Mediterranean and it canopy beds, painted furniture in white and it relax atmosphere because of the blue walls.

And finally the classic, with antique Isabelino furniture and an area to the heabed by a spectacular chimney with Talavera tile from the last century.

The bedrooms have large dressing rooms and own toilet.

The capacity of the house is for 10 people, you can have extra beds on request of the customer, included in the total price of the house.
We also have cradles with no extra cost for the customer.

Lamps, bunkers, paintings, carpets… and lots of details help to create the typical atmosphere of the XIX century farmhouses but without giving up the comforts of today: heating, several ovens, dishwasher, washing machine, several televisions, DVD stereo equipment, ADSL connection wireless throughout the house etc..
