The house is rented on a full rent, with a minimum stay of two nights.

Rent for weeks and reduced price for fifteen days.
The rental of the house includes, of course, the use of the kitchen with all the utensils and supplies needed for cooking, heating and hot water. All clothing home (sheets, towels, blankets etc.) personal hygiene products (gel, shampoo, water colony ...) firewood for the fireplace in winter, charcoal for the barbecue, cradles service.
The ability of the house is 14 people maximum, with the possibility of installing cradles at no extra cost to the customer.

Once confirmed the availability of dates, if you want to rent the house, you must pay the 25% of the total amount of rent, for reserves; doing it in the account number will give you bellow.
Once confirmed the entry, the reservation will be effective.
On the day of entry to the house, after the agreement of all by the client you must pay in cash, the total amount of the stay by a signature in an invoice.
The 25% you gave us before is a deposit, in respect of bail, which will be returned to the customer automatically by bank transfer within a period of 24 hours from the time they leave the house, as long as the house is the same way that surrendered, there have been no breakdowns and respect for the maximum capacity of the house, hence not allowed the entry and stay in the house of any person outside the group.
No pets allowed.
On the day of entry you can access to the house at O6:00 Pm. and remain there until 06:00 pm on the day of departure.
If
you cancel your booking
According to Decree 17/2007 of 20 March on price arrangements and reservations
in the tourist establishments, and more specifically for rural houses,
the policy cancellation of reserves is as follows:
1. When the cancellation of the booking communicates with 15 or more days
before the date set for entry, the customer is entitled to the return of
integrating the reservation.
2. When the cancellation of the reservation to communicate with more than 7 days and less than 15 days before the date fixed for entry, the customer is entitled to a refund of 50% of the total amount of the reserve.
3. Any cancellation reserve communicated with seven or fewer days before
the date of occupation, will be available to the owner of the establishment.
